My name is Abby Kaplan. I am a senior at Newton South and a member of South's STAND chapter (a student anti-genocide coalition). The purpose of this website is to keep you updated on the situation in Sudan as well as Newton South's involvement in aiding the people of Darfur. Currently, it is being used mainly for the purpose of promoting the upcoming Newton South Darfur Benefit Concert, the details of which I will continue to update over the next few months.
